Fly Gym Aerial Fitness® is the newest fitness concept in a very long time. It is a fusion of yoga, Pilates, aerial inspired dance (think cirque) and Fitness used either partially or fully suspended. Using our Fly Gym Aerial Fitness® set we have something for “every body”!

The Fly Gym® Aerial Fitness Program’s philosophy is “Better Health Through Fitness Made Fun”.  Our training program will teach you the physics of human movement off the ground in addition to how to create, progress and modify the Fly Gym exercises to design your own group or one on one class.

The Fly Gym Aerial Fitness® Swing set is an 11 piece set comprised of a series of 5 stretchy, comfortable fabric loops and straps, 2 daisy chains or web ladder and 4 climb worthy carabiners which can be used in a variety of different combinations to create a fun, safe environment for anyone to get fit.
